GI Joe
Adventure Team TroubleShooter II

The first of the GI Joe Tracked All-Terrain Vehicles was the Troubleshooter. My Joe team as yet does not have a Troubleshooter, but last year the team took an old Kettenkraad tracked motorcycle and converted it into the Troubleshooter II.

By removing the ridiculous motorcycle wheel at front and replacing the entire steering system with the ATV-like double-handle steering, this is now a great multi-purpose AT Vehicle.

Joe approaches the vehicle and wiggles one of the dual control handles. Feels good. Solid, yet precise.

Joe is a no-nonsense guy. First thing he does is check out the engine. Note the seat, which is really an old-style motorcycle seat, lowered a little for comfort with the new configuration.

Behind there is a shallow storage area. Not useful for large items, but still good for carrying tools.
With the seat down, the Troubleshooter II can carry two passengers.

And larger cargo can be carried astride the rear seat if necessary.

Considering the above is what the vehicle looked like before the conversion, I think the Adventure Team has done rather well for itself with this vehicle conversion.
