May 15, 1996. When it came time to come up with a logo, Mike Sheidow drew this in Photoshop, which became our logo:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.huxter.org\/words\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/turbColour.bmp\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-2151\" src=\"http:\/\/www.huxter.org\/words\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/turbColour.bmp\" alt=\"turbColour\" width=\"149\" height=\"246\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I modeled the &#8220;machine&#8221; in Lightwave for some quick video segments for our game, &#8220;Asheron&#8217;s Call&#8221;. Ian Wilmoth (I think) refined the model some for the final videos, and that model became the second version of the logo:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.huxter.org\/words\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/turbine_logo.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-2152\" src=\"http:\/\/www.huxter.org\/words\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/turbine_logo.jpg\" alt=\"turbine_logo\" width=\"149\" height=\"238\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A few weeks ago I found my Lightwave model and got it converted to FBX files and worked on it.
