This is an exellent cast-iron park bench in 1:6 scale. At this point I'd like to point out the gorgeous leather jacket again. It is made of very supple vinyl and looks very much like real scale leather. Do you think she's called the police? I doubt it, but that's not important. The important thing is that she MIGHT have. This plank, which Tegan apparently just finds on the ground is one of the bench's original slats.

This is a phrase used often during times of stress while Tegan was with the Doctor. Both of them used it, but most often the Doctor, to shore her up after a hard time. The filp cel phone is Barbies. It came with the suit. As you can see, two people would NOT have been able to sit on the bench. I had to make longer slats. The bench is used to establish the perspective and scale until they sit on it. This hat is a Michael's Craft Store cowboy hat. Thin plastic with felted flocking, it makes a nice wide-brimmed hat by flattening out the brim. $0.75 CHEAP! The slats of this park bench came from a wooden slatted placemat. This is one of the original slats for the wooden park bench. Nicely thick, but not nearly long enough. The cel phone originally had a photo of Barbie on it, but I "greeked" it, placing black cardboard over the screen. Tegan's top originally came from the Sideshow Toy "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" which I bought separately.

Tegan is obviously quite resourceful. Little did she know that all of her time with the Doctor taught her how to use what she had available in self-defense. This ability eventually landed her a job in airline security. This phone came with "Working Girl" Barbie, as did Tegan's gray suit.

The Doctor was never seen wearing a leather jacket like this, but each Doctor had a different look. I borrowed from various Doctors for the look of this particular regeneration.

... he says, as if the Doctor just pops in on occasion.

This ruffle is from Hasbro's George Washington. It is reminiscent of the Jon Pertwee Doctor, and I used it because my Doctor was intended to possess aspects of various previous Doctors. Of course to Tegan, the Doctor would look old in his current regeneration. She last saw him as a man in his thirties. Still, she has seen him as a very old man too, in "The Five Doctors." Let's hear it for The Doctor's "actor." Buzz Aldrin recently punched out a man claiming the Moon Landing was a hoax. If Buzz wasn't my hero before, he sure is now. (But rest assured, he has always been a hero of mine.)

Tegan, ever tactful. Actually, she was quite rarely tactful to the Doctor. She says what she means. In this shot, the Doctor looks a little remorseful. It isn't that he was insulted by Tegan's comment, just that he is still sulking after who knows how long brooding alone in the TARDIS.

In this story, the Doctor has no more regenerations. This may not quite be the truth. He may be fibbing. Also, we know that under certain circumstances, the Time Lord council can extend a Time Lord's lives. This option was offered to The Master in "The Five Doctors."

I was very careful in positioning the actors in this story, but this arm does look a little too stuff.
