I cleaned this image up, removing the black back-bleed-through. 

Hint: How to remove back-bleed-through on scanning images on thin paper with print on the other side: Place a sheet of black paper behind the sheet you're scanning. Any print on the other side will blend in with the black paper, and the scan won't pick it up. Especially useful for scanning and photocopying newspaper articles.

 I have also measured the documentation. I knew there was a reason I held off sending the package back to Pete. Now with this data I can print repro books and packages using Corel Draw and my Epson Stylus 800 printer!

The packet measures 11.5cm square. The book measures 10.1cm tall by 20.5cm wide, opened.
